My name is Kosuke Nakagawa. I am an attorney at law specializing in corporate legal matters, and my clients mainly include investment companies, venture companies, and small and medium-sized enterprises. I established Nakagawa Law Office in July 2022.

Since my admission to the Japanese bar in 2007, I have worked for TMI Associates, one of the biggest law firms in Japan, as well as an investment company and local law firms overseas. I have been involved in a wide variety of corporate work, including M&A/company restructuring, joint venture, private equity, venture support, and general corporate matters.

Nakagawa Law Office is able to provide flexible and agile legal services that are tailored to each client's needs through daily communication, while leveraging many years of experience at major law firms and other professional businesses. In addition to M&A work involving small and medium-sized enterprises (such as business succession), Nakagawa Law Office is particularly strong in the fields of venture investment and venture support, based on my experience working at an investment company and dealing hands-on with investment projects by venture capital funds and others.
